Hey! I’m looking for a short-term or month-to-month roommate for a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse that I own and live in, located in the Five Points/North Hills area near the intersection of Six Forks Road & Wake Forest Road.

I’m open to negotiating on rent, but am thinking about $700/month including utilities. I get that the shared bathroom is a dealbreaker for some, and I’m really just looking for a good roommate fit first, so there’s some wiggle room with that number! (I mostly just rent out the room for extra spending money, haha)

I’m open to both male and female roommates, though I’d probably prefer a female roommate (it’s always worked out well with no problems or drama, and I’d be happy to provide references from past roommates if needed!)

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, easy-going, responsible, open-minded, and hopefully someone fun and social who would want to hang out occasionally. Also, would prefer someone who didn’t smoke or have pets due to allergies (unfortunately).

I’m 33 and work full-time in the area as a civil engineer (50% remote, 50% work from home). I love outdoor activities - hiking, biking, kayaking, etc, love to travel and go on weekend road trips, and love trying out new restaurants and finding new places to go to in the area!
