About the room

one bedroom with private bathroom/ shower, and a living room area in our basement.Washer and dryer is in the bathroom . I will access once a week.We would like to do month to month but up to 12 months. Has a refrigerator and microwave in living room area in the basement . Access to our kitchen is fine when necessary.No smoking in house.

My husband and I are semi retired. We have a small dog and a few cats. The pets stay upstairs with us.The entire house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a 1/4 acre of land.
