This is a VERY large apartment on the West End Neighborhood of Providence, providing ample room within living room, bedrooms, double parlor. There is a cat room for my cat (heads up for animals or allergies ). There is a formal dining room as well.
I am super OCD about cleanliness so please– please–please, respect the shared space! There is a dishwasher so there is no need for a dirty sink, nor dirty fridge, stove/oven or overflowing trash! Shared space should just remain spotless. Utilities are split cost, gas and electric; it varies depending on season. Internet is split between both, in total its $45 so $22.50. Common roommate etiquette is cool and just looking for someone willing to be peaceful and healthy with communication.
I appreciate open communication and I am cool with most things as long as theres a heads up; same for myself to said roommate. I do love movies and hangs with roommates but can also respect quiet and given space. I always want the shared spaces to feel safe to hang and do so! The apartment is furnished, the room would just need furniture! (There is a potential of bed and frame if interested).
I currently work during the days and one night! I am –of course –crazy clean and will keep spaces as such. I love being outside, outdoor sports, gym daily, playing pool with an occasional bar visit – but not usually spending too much time out, movies and music soothe myself as well so I do love a couch hangout. Creating open communication and good community is super important to me I would love nothing but to work hard and create peace not tension!
PSA on the cats: They are odd, eldest - Polar (12 yr) he is comfortable with people and may be annoying haha. Hope to chat and meet up!
