Beautiful and private property located in Brooklyn, NY. Located in a very quiet neighborhood in Bensonhurst, 10 minutes away from the beach and multiple parks. This property is gated and In a very safe block. The apartment is completely renovated with new appliances. This is a three bedroom apartment with one room available. WE DO NOT REQUIRE PROOF OF INCOME!!!!!! *we do require a $500 rent hold!! This Will be deducted from first months rent. Please ALSO note that you must be willing to sign a 1 year lease. Also, NO PETS ALLOWED (so sorry) our landlord prefers no animals.

About the roomies

There are two other female roommates in our mid 20s- early 30s, one who is a teacher. The other bartends some nights and works remotely during the day. We both are pretty quiet, chill and not strict about rules. Only ask to respect the home and take turns with cleaning. We are okay with company, as long as they also respect the home.
