Four wheel drive vehicle with good tires highly recommended in winter to access property. Room may be unfinished. Utilities included in summer. A portion of the electric and propane bills required in winter.
About the roomies
Son’s partner recently moved to Polson and is settling in upstairs. Son is in graduate school and will be home occasionally. Daughter and mom rarely in town. Will give notice if either of us will be home for a short visit.
