This room is available NOW (MOVE IN Nov 1st). You will live with two other girls, as well as one cat and one medium to small dog. Your bathroom is shared with one other roommate. There is central AC, full kitchen, pool (taken care of by landlord, the pool guy comes every Wednesday around 1pm), lawn is taken care of by landlord. House is already furnished, room will be empty. Washer and Dryer included. Animals welcome. You will have to go through the process with the landlord. Credit will be checked. You will be taking over my lease! As for move-in costs, it would be: • First month’s rent: $1,263 • Last month’s rent: $1,263 • Security deposit: $1,263 Total: $3,789 The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease term, as long as there’s no damage. The pool is really nice and relaxing, the neighbors are super friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet — perfect for downtime after work.
About the roomies
My current roommates are fun to be around, we all went to college together. They both have jobs, one full time, and the other part time. One has a dog and the other has a cat. They both love a good time or night out. They are energetic and always at the gym or love to be active.
