Our space is simple, very clean and budget friendly. There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit so it’s ideal for sharing with a roomate. Each room is furnished with a full sized bed, a tv and and a parsons desk.
NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TO EVERYTHING!!! So much to do by car or public transport. 15 min drive to JFK airport, 5 min ride to Gateway Shopping Mall.
What can I say–it’s BROOKLYN!!! There’s everything to do!!! The Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Museum, Grand Army Plaza, Prospect Park, Coney Island, NY Aquarium, Riis Beach, Barclays, Kings Plaza, Atlantic and Green Acres Shopping Mall and so much more!!!
If you decide to venture into Manhattan (and why wouldn’t you), there’s Harlem, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, The Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Center, and more and more and more…
No one in yet. we generally rent to young professionals between the ages of 24 and 35. We recently had two roomies move out and onto bigger and better things. Whoever is coming in now can set the tone for the space.
