Master bedroom for rent in 2bd2ba apartment in gated complex. Rent is $1310 a month. PG&E + Wifi is usually $40-70 a month and we’ll split that. Please, no smoking of any kind. **Not ADA Accessible, as the apartment is up 2 short flights of stairs, or one 1 flight if entering from the main gate. The room has 2 closets (1 walk-in) and an ensuite bathroom. The apartment comes with 2 hallway closets that we will share (one with shelves) and plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen! You are welcome to bring living room furniture! The apartment complex is gated and it’s a pretty quiet community. The neighbors are all nice! There is a pool and two coin-operated, clean laundry rooms on site as well. I use the parking stall, so there will only be street parking - which can be pretty tough, I won’t lie! I’m willing to have you come check out the place in person if you’d like! Although my current roomie will not be out of the room until June 29th. You can speak with our property manager if you are interested in renting and want to put in an application! I think the security deposit is $950 for the two of us. That will be worked out with the property manager. Full disclosure - I do plan to move out near the end of the year, and so you will be expected to cover the full rent, move out, or find another roomie once that happens.

I am a Christian and so you must be comfortable with religious items around the house. I don’t mind if you’re an atheist, but I’m unwilling to live with anyone who practices witchcraft, plays with tarot cards, ouija boards, or anything to do with the occult. I’m 420-friendly but please do not smoke in the house or let the danky dank reek up the place! Also, this is an LGBTQ+ safe space! I will soon be graduating from CSUMB, and I’m a working professional, working in education for the past 9 years. My weekends are pretty calm, I cook sometimes, and I do play music on my Bluetooth speaker but I’m a fairly quiet roomie. The only “parties” or gatherings will likely be around the holidays. I will always notify you in advance if guests are coming. I don’t drink either, just an fyi. I clean the house every weekend and prefer to keep things tidy. Unfortunately, the carpet is stained from previous tenants, but I vacuum weekly as well. I am respectful, clean up after myself, and I’m big on communication. I’m looking for a roomie who is similar!
