Three bedroom, two bath home along the I-10/Hwy 101 corridor. Less than a mile to Costco, Sprouts and a lot of shopping and dining. The room available is (10’ X 10.6’), unfurnished bedroom and shared bathroom. All utilities included. Home located at end of cul-de-sac.

I take walks/hikes three days a week. I exercise. I still work outside of the home and also from home. I watch sports and occasional movie. I possess a level one fingerprint card as I used to transport at-risk youth as a ministry. Looking for someone that is not a criminal or creates drama. No smoking. No drugs. Room is for one person, not boyfriend or girlfriend. No pets. I clean all the common areas regularly. You only have to pick up after yourself. 30 year old woman just moved in to another bedroom. Shared bath with her.
