I have a bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on 2nd floor (no elevator) in a quiet apartment complex. You have your own bedroom and bathroom. The third bedroom is used as storage for extra gear/toys and whatnot. There’s definitely a fair amount of room available. All utilities are included in rent except for electric and Comcast which combined equal about 150/month total. There’s a small balcony, dishwasher, parking is free unless you want an assigned/covered spot. King Sooper’s, Starbucks, and plenty of other stuff is super close. Laundry is shared by whole complex and is up at the leasing office, it’s just a super short trip you can do by foot or by vehicle. It’s available for move in now.

I’m a male in my mid-thirties, I work at a hospital in Denver, and I have an older 40lb female mutt that gets along well with everyone and most other dogs. I don’t have any children and have no interest in having any in my household even on a semi-regular basis. I work 12 hour shifts and try to work a lot of weekends, so I have a lot of weekdays off. I like to snowboard, camp, hike, hunt and whatnot. I’m pretty quiet, not huge on partying or going out, but like to visit breweries. I drink a few beers a few nights a week, but rarely get “drunk”.

About you: I typically like to be friends and hang out with my roommates in the common areas of the apartment, so hopefully we will share some interests and you enjoy doing the same. Don’t get me wrong I like my quiet time to myself too though. I don’t mind if you have another dog, but it has to be at least somewhat well behaved and obviously our dogs have to get along. I can’t do cats sorry. I don’t care if you smoke so long as you keep it out on the balcony.
