Private full bathroom. The kitchen (brand new appliances) and living room (100” TV) are shared. There’s also in-house laundry room and a home gym available for use. Fenced back yard, security camera, keyless entry, and ADT security. Requirements: Background check - Lease is $1,100/month, with a $1,100 security deposit due at signing and a 30 day notice to vacate. Rent includes all utilities (electric, water, trash, internet). Lease is month-to-month to start, with the option to extend up to a longer term if it’s a good fit. No smoking indoors, pets considered case-by-case.

I’m the homeowner and you will be sharing the home with me. I am a retired police officer and Navy Veteran. I also own an Airbnb property and captain boat charters in the area. I am a respectful, considerate, and clean person and I appreciate the same in return.
