About the room
Hello! :) we are a lil group of people just looking for a fourth person to come live with us! We live in our landlords very well updated family home and he’s an amazing guy, we’re right in the heart of Broomfield/westminster but also are perfectly within distance to take trips anywhere we please. We have a public pool with an amazing community of neighbors and living here has been incredible.
About the roomies
Looking for someone to join our lease starting the end of June! It’s 4 bedrooms/ 2 bath house in North Westminster (in between Thornton/Northglenn/Broomfield). Rent would be $750 each+ utilities. Big back yard and a community pool that’s open Memorial Day- Labor Day. It’s about 20 minutes to Denver and 30 mins from the airport.
I moved here from Texas at the end of 2022, Jill and Dominic moved in at the end of 2024!
We are a pretty quiet household and tend to stick to ourselves but are open to hanging out and bonding over mutual interests. Finn has a cat and respecting boundaries regarding pets are huge but we are definitely open to other pets. Also do want to note that we are an HOA property so we do have tasks such as mowing and shoveling snow/putting out the trash, but our landlord and neighbors are very kind.
We are hopefully seeking a female roommate for Jill to feel safer but are open to anyone. Must be POC/LGBTQ+ and preferably 420 friendly:)
