No more pets, there is one orange cat (with FiV, truly no more inside cats allowed in inquiries!) in residence and three strays below the house that are fed as well (all very friendly)! Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared and already furnished. Queen trifold mattress, rug, and closet shelving storage units in photos are available for use in the room if you so wish.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Bayou St. John, the Lafitte Greenway, City Park, numerous groceries, Carrollton streetcar line, Endymion parade route, shopping and restaurants. Washer/Dryer located in shed in backyard. Plenty of street parking. Utilties for gas/electric range $25-50/m. Internet $25/m. Water included. Dishwasher, central air and heat.
