Roommate and i are looking for someone to move into our bushwick/bedstuy apt, right off gates j train. It’s 3 beds 1.5 bath, $1300 + utilities, the room with the half bath is open, there’s central ac/air and laundry in the building. I have 2 cats, they’re super chill and you can interact with them as much or as little as you like, they won’t really bother you. We’re also pretty clean because of the cats so we like to keep the counters/sink clear so they don’t get into anything, we have a bathroom cleaning rotation as well so looking for someone that is comfortable with that, there’s also a dishwasher in the apt.

About the roomies

Roomate and I are both 23, I’m a fashion publicist, my roommate models and works in the restaurant industry. We like to chill and hang in the common areas but also value our alone time, looking for someone that’s around the same age, that take care of the space.
