Location is everything in this quiet Falmouth home with off street parking & on site laundry in a quiet neighborhood. Located right off route 1, one mile to Town Landing’s public beach & less than 2 miles to all amenities including 295 & 495. Airport and bus station are within a 15 minute drive. All bedrooms have a lock and key for privacy. Shared common spaces. Looking to rent out 1 bedroom with a large step in closet. Bedroom is at the back of the house off the far end of the kitchen and has its own entrance door. A couple rents the downstairs. House has great water pressure in the 2 bathrooms. Landlord does not live on site. 1 friendly indoor cat lives here so, sorry, no other pets.
About the roomies
I work from home during the day on Thursdays and Fridays, otherwise I’m not on site except to just make a trash run during the weekend.
