It is a two bedroom villa with each bedroom considered a master bedroom and each bedroom having its own private full bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. You will have your own private parking place. The rent includes all utilities to include electricity, water, sewage, trash pick up and cable TV and high speed internet. We do not mow our lawn or trim hedges or trim branches as it is done for us by the maintenance team. You will have access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, and can rent one of the three club houses for private events. We do have 24/7 security year round, and the neighborhood is very clean and quiet. It is very close to UTHSC, Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Sea World and about a 25 to 30 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, Texas. Plenty of eatery places and places to buy your groceries.

There is only me and you as my roommate. Only two people total will be living here. It is a very pleasant and quiet place and neighborhood.
