This room has it’s own private entrance and parking spot. It has a queen bed, cozy futon that can expand into a 2nd bed for guests, small table for working/eating, clothing storage, a large flatscreen TV, microwave, and mini fridge. The private bathroom has a newly renovated shower. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with direct access to 100+ miles of beautiful trails. It’s walking distance to Huddleston Pond, Lake Peachtree, Glenloch Park, and nearby shopping - Chick-fil-A, Fresh Market, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, etc. We have a golf cart available for rent as well. About the roomies
My family lives upstairs. We’re friendly local filmmakers. If you love movies, we have a theater room in the house and you’re welcome to request to use it or join us occasionally for movie screenings with our friends.
