About the room
You’d be sharing the 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with me (female,52) I work fulltime Mon-Fri in the Finance industry.
The apartment is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll have your own private bedroom with an ensuite private bathroom with shared access to the kitchen, and living areas. Ideal for someone who values a calm, tidy space and all bills inclusive (water, electricity, internet) – no extra charges.
We can discuss an earlier or later move in date if needed. Ideally you will be sociable and easy to get along with. Looking forward to hearing from you!!! 🙂

I’m a pretty laid back woman, happy with you having your friends as this is going to be both our spaces, so I want it to feel comfortable and like home.
