Upstairs is the other tenant (me) and an extra guest bedroom, so you’ll have plenty of space.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped and there’s a huge garage/workshop plus lots of storage for bikes and outdoor gear/kayaks (additional gear storage room available in the basement as well). Rent is $1,000 per month which includes approx $150 in utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, trash/recycling & internet) — I cover ~60% of the total rent/utilities as I have more space to myself on the second floor + in the shop.

I’m a 27 year old structural engineer working locally and I volunteer at the Gorge Makerspace teaching laser‑cutting and 3‑D printing, so makers, artisans & craftspeople will feel at home. Very willing to lend / share gear + tools + knowledge to help out with any projects or interests you may have.

My room is located upstairs above the porch next to the private bathroom that I use.

In my free time I go skiing, hiking, biking & a lot of time out tinkering in the shop — working on cars/bikes/trebuchets or whatever else has caught my interest for the weekend.

I have canoes & bikes & all sorts of outdooring gear I’m more than happy to share/lend for right use throughout the summer & seasons here in the gorge!
