Single family home. I have individual rooms for rent. Friendly atmosphere, in a nice quiet family neighborhood located in North West Warren. You will have a private room with locks on doors. All renters are welcome to become part of the household family. We Netflix, HBO MAX, high speed internet as well as a television provided, unless you have your own. All your typical plus kitchen appliances and small gadgets. A garage for enclosed parking available for a small fee. Laundry and extra storage in basement or garage. Rooms come furnished with either double or queen beds, with high platforms for great storage space. There are closets in each room. Rooms have space for privacy when needed, but you are also welcome to use the living room dinette area for socializing. There is a small table inside kitchen, and a larger table in dinette area attached to the living room space with sofa and chairs. You can expect a calm friendly environment.

I am just now renting rooms. I’m the only person here. I’m a 52 year old female, with a young spirit. I’m semi-retired. I have a larger en-suite room downstairs. The upstairs is open to the roomles. I am always available for any needed items or services. I’m am not a drinker or partier, I don’t mind socializing but a mature atmosphere is desirable.
