The room available is 10 x 10 with a good-sized closet. It is not furnished (but could be). Directly across the hall is a private bath for your usage that also has a good-sized linen closet. There is a washer/dryer available in the condo. There is internet in the condo. There are a community pool and spa for your usage. The rent includes heat, hot water, trash, snow removal, parking. You would need to split the cost of electricity–minimal in winter; more in summer when the air conditioning is in use.
About the roomies
I am a 24-year-old female looking for a young professional or graduate student to share my condo. I prefer female. I am a full-time student who also works full time. I am not a party person, but I am friendly, personable, and easy to get along with. I work different hours and different days each week and do homework when I am home. I would like someone who is fairly clean–I’m clean but not a maniac about it. I cook and clean up after myself when I’m finished–I would expect the same from a roommate
