Big screen TV, queen bed with linin included,. You will have your own private 16 x 22 covered, furnished balcony, the hugh yard is well maintained and has lots of seating area.. BBQ Pit, swimmimg pool, yard games.. you will share a bathroom with #1 roomie, a 30 year old male. The layout of this 2300 sq ft home is awsome.. Roommate #1 is a 37, male, has been here since May 2025, has his own room and bath, works 4 days a week early morning . Roommate #2 is a 30 yr old male, has his own room and the bathroom would be shared I own the house, I’m 68. I dont live here, but I have a room, I do online sales. I’m there alot, I feed the stray cats, keep up the yard with help from the roomies. I will stay the night from time to time.
