About the room
Room is upstairs and furnished with bed, end tables, small couch, recliner, dresser and mini fridge. Shared full bathroom (tub/shower) on main floor but bathroom upstairs with sink and toilet would be mainly for your use and only for mine if really needed like at night since my bedroom is also upstairs. Shared living room, laundry room and kitchen on main floor and chain link fenced in yard with small overgrown garden that idk what to do with. Grocery store is 5 blocks away. Street parking spots available right in front. Nearby park for kids with outdoor shelter and bench seating for small gatherings in nice weather.
About the roomies
Female and toddler with 2 dogs and 1 cat. We stay busy and the dogs are friendly and so is kitty. Its just me and my kiddo and we prefer peace and sillyness over drama and bs.
