Hi everyone, I’m looking for a roommate to share my fully and high-quality furnished and modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Cambridgeport starting in July (ideally long-term for at least a year). The apartment features a spacious shared living area, including a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a cozy patio, all on the second floor of a classic Cambridge-style house. The available bedroom is 100 sq. ft. sq. ft., and there is in-building laundry in the basement. Street parking with a parking permit is available if needed. The apartment is conveniently located within biking distance or a short bus ride to MIT, Harvard, and the Longwood Medical Area. It’s a 15-minute walk to both the Red and Green lines, with Trader Joe’s just 3 minutes away and Whole Foods a 7-minute walk. Plus, we’re only steps away from the Charles River, perfect for running or walks.

I’m a postdoc at Harvard Medical School, and I’m looking for a relaxed, clean, and respectful roommate. Rent is $1,750/month plus utilities (approximately $50).
