Short term occupancy - 2 rooms available until Apr 2026 with possibility to extend.
I’m renting out a comfortable, cozy bedroom in my home. The room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished depending on your needs. You’ll have access to the kitchen, laundry, living and dining area, plus a covered patio overlooking a peaceful fenced in backyard with firepit. I don’t have any pets but I am open to considering a dog OR a cat if genuinely house/litter box trained, calm and friendly (meet-and-greet required, pet fee applies) No smoking or vaping inside the house.
You’ll be sharing the house with me - mid 30’s female. I like to keep things neat and for my home to be a place of peace. I’m not into parties or loud nights, don’t smoke or drink though I am not bothered by responsible use, no smoking or vaping inside the house please! I’m pretty open minded and keep to myself, I enjoy yoga and nature and I value mutual respect and clear communication.
