Large home in a quiet safe neighborhood of single-family homes near all amenities, with mature landscaping. We live in a large home with separate areas giving us a lot of privacy. Generous upscale suite includes an open living space with kitchenette, private bath with shower, sleeping alcove with smart tv, large closet, washer/dryer … and even a sauna! The meadow-like back yard with a fountain in the rocks, perfect for meditation, permascaped front yard (xeriscape that feeds the critters) is lovingly landscaped. We are across from a golf course, down the street from tennis courts and a block away from the best bike trail in the US. We’re also minutes away from numerous yoga and health clubs. Beautiful Old Town Ft Collins (Disney’s inspiration for Main Street Disneyland) is 15 minutes away by car and easily reachable by bike. One small highly-trained dog that does not shed is welcome with a $250 damage deposit that’s fully refundable if there’s no damage.

My husband and I are pretty social yet low-key, and we love music. I’m a retired music teacher. We perform together locally a couple times a month. We are both retired and enjoy substitute teaching. We share our home with a very handy housemate who loves gardening and cooking which works wonderfully for us all. He works at UC Health. We all get along beautifully and have a healthy drama-free home. We all enjoy the outdoors and getting our exercise. You’ll have your own kitchenette but can cook some bigger things in the main kitchen.
