One bedroom move in ready. It’s walking distance from Mountain View elementary. Huge reasonably decorative backyard ! Lots of shade from the built in canopy’s all around the house to the trees. Lots of concrete to have barbecues. Large pool with led light changers for night time. Kitchen has nice glass windows over looking the beautiful backyard. Blue panel Samsung fridge and pantry to store food. Living room has the famous fluffy tick tock couch that’s comfortable enough to fall asleep in and a nice Samsung tv. Bedroom available is furnished with a purple mattress king bed but can be taken apart if needed for you to put your own furniture as preferred by some. All bills included including the fast Xfinity WiFi ! You’ll have access to everything in and around the house including washing machine and dryer in garage. It’s a quiet good neighborhood that most people have their garages open. I prefer to rent to someone that does not mind being around child as I am a mom myself (to a child that asks a bunch of questions and loves to meet new people). No dogs as I’m allergic to their hair, no cigarette smokers but ganja outside or vape is fine, NO SHOES in the house it’s my biggest pet peeve unless it’s indoor shoes or slippers, and no overnights but visitors during daytime hours are okay.
