Hello! I have the lower section of my split foyer home completely redone. There is a full kitchen and bathroom/shower… Separate WASHER AND DRYER, gas range with exhaust hood, Refrigerator, double sink, fire place, and 2 PRIVATE ENTRANCES. The floor is all tile, very easy to clean! has a good amount of storage place in the closet… Also, the home sits in the center of 1 acre of land, in a quiet, safe, and peaceful area of Knoxville TN. The whole house has 3 STAGE FILTERED WATER and central air/heating.

I am an avid traveler, I will be gone frequently…I work as a fire fighter for various government organizations… this may mean I will be away from home several weeks—even months at a time. I am very quiet and respectful of other people and their spaces. I am looking for someone who would potentially help me care for the home while I am away. I have 1 Indoor/Outdoor cat that I would need help feeding and caring for when I am away for long periods.
