About the room
UPDATE: Current tenant is staying till august 2026.
It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment off Venice Blvd just north of Culver City. Just blocks away from the 405 and 10 freeways and several bus lines. The bedroom is carpeted and features a large north-facing window as well as a large closet. The room is next to the shared bathrooms and adjacent to the kitchen and living room areas. There is a pay-to-use laundry facility on-site, as well as small storage areas storage. There are two dedicated parking spots that we switch between as needed. Our neighborhood is pretty quiet but we are very close to everything the Westside offers, like a variety of restaurants, bars, and theaters.
Utilities: High speed internet: $35 per person and does not vary month to month. Power, water, and gas costs vary month to month based on usage.
About the roomies
We are two laid-back nearing-40 year olds. We stay plugged in to the community and we’re just trying to survive late-stage capitalism.
