The area has a multiple grocery stores, gas stations, a library and a planet fitness as well. There are multiple bus stops that go near the Towson mall, Towson University and straight to the city. The living area is still a bit naked so we are trying to make it feel like a home, if you have an eye for decoration please feel free to suggest something. The rent is pretty cheap compared to most places and a decent neighborhood and the parking is free. There are actually two rooms we need to fill and the pictures will be added soon, the rooms are spacious with good natural light. Water goes into rent at $55, BGE varies but is usually a little over $100, the max we’ve paid each is $50-$100, it can get higher in the winter but if you are a busy body then it shouldn’t be too high.

I am 24 years old and currently work from home. I am also an aspiring artist, and fashion stylist. My sister is 27 years old and she works as a behavioral technician for autistic children but works part time as a server. We both plan on leaving in mid-July to end of July and need to fill our rooms, our remaining roommate is a gay man, he is very to himself but respectful and friendly, he also works with children as a teachers aide. We are very easy going people, respectful, clean and we love anime! We keep to ourselves sometimes but we’re not completely recluse. If you prefer to be alone that’s okay, but we try our best to get to know our roommates and spend time with them, so we’ll have a movie night or go out occasionally, you’re always welcome to hang out! We are an LGBT friendly household as well! My sister’s cat Candy is 14 years old, she sleeps most of the day but when in her active hours she’s very affectionate.
