One bedroom is available beginning April 2026 on the second floor of a bright, spacious 4-bedroom, 2-floor coed home. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and an enclosed front porch perfect for relaxing.
Rent is $900/month on a month-to-month lease, with utilities and internet included. Free laundry is available in the basement. Off-street parking is available (city permit required for overnight parking).
The home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, ideal for students or working professionals. No smoking, no pets, and no house parties.
First month’s rent and a security deposit are due at move-in.
About the roomies
Current roommates are three working professionals respectful, and easy to live with. They work hybrid schedules, keeps common areas tidy, and would rather share the space with someone who is also considerate and responsible.
