New luxury building a block away from Dania Pointe plaza with a lot of things to do here. Plaza with theater, several restaurants, live music on Fridays and Saturday’s, bowling, mall, clothing stores, etc. Building with beautiful lobby, package room, a lot of amenities: pool with jacuzzi, 2 BBQ area, dog park, new gym, game room, office room, fitness room, even bike room, and theater for 10 people. Covered parking lot ($50 fee for decal) Inside the apartment all new, laundry, washer and drier in unit. Everything brand new. The room is small, fits a twin bed only. Or single bed with small desk/ chair IKEA style. Ideal for people that just need a place to sleep peacefully.

Family oriented quiet Brazilian Christian couple. We don’t listen to loud music, we don’t bring a lot of guests in. We don’t smoke, don’t drink. Definitely no drugs allowed. We’re very clean and organized. We keep dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and keep oven and sink cleaned after used. Just maintain clean and organized is what we ask from roomates.
