About the room

Seeking a one roomate for a two room area. Meaning you get two rooms for the price of one. I have a fully furnished downstairs, but if willing to bring own furniture in, can make necessary adjustments. The bedrooms are upstairs so extra space, as I will only be renting one of the available two rooms. You can use the other room without any additional costs as I do not use that room. I have a yard and parking in front, live nearby to airport in green valley south area. Must love dogs as two currently live with me (golden/ chow mix, and border collie). I do schedule maid services once every two months. All bills are included in rent. My dogs are more comfortable with females so that is why I am seeking a female.

About the roomies

Looking for a roommate that is comfortable with dogs and does not mind living with dogs or a male (myself). I am 34 years old and work from home, downstairs to avoid any noise issues. I have a fully stocked kitchen and do not cook very often. Anything you want to bring in I will accomodate for as best as I can.
