Looking to sublet my room in a townhouse. There are two other girls (ages 20 and 22) that live there, and they’re absolutely phenomenal people. Living with them has been amazing, but I finally secured a place near my boyfriend in North Carolina so I’m saying goodbye to Myrtle. Cats are allowed and the home is rented out by a private landlord who is very responsive and overall great. Our utilities are split evenly each month between the three of us (water, sewer, electricity) A full size bed and small dresser are included in the room, which is one of two bedrooms upstairs. The dresser fits in the closet so there’s plenty of room for your furniture if you have it. The bathroom upstairs is shared with the other upstairs roommate, and the room for rent is on the opposite side of the stairs landing from her room and the bathroom. There’s a small loft outside the room with a daybed. There’s a laundry room upstairs as well. There is a guest bathroom downstairs. It doesn’t have a shower but it’s been nice to have when the upstairs bathroom is occupied. Downstairs is a large sliding glass door that leads to a patio, a very very large couch, and a bar height dining table. Kitchen is fully functional and stocked with pantry essentials. (We’re also good about sharing staple food costs so we don’t have to buy 3 cartons of eggs and such)

There are two roommates in the space. Jamie (20) and Chamelle (22). They’re neat and respectful with only the occasional guest over. The house is a lively place, we love to joke and dance and have fun, but they’re really good about respecting the space and the others in it. If quiet is requested, it will be quiet. Everything in the house runs smoothly and they’re both great communicators. I’ve absolutely loved my time with them, they’re such good people.
