The room is located downstairs. You will have access to both living rooms. The full bathroom and laundry room are on the same floor. The full bathroom is shared with another roommate, and there’s also a convenient half bath available.

You’ll have access to the well-maintained backyard and the home gym. There’s an additional refrigerator in the garage if you’d like extra food storage beyond the main kitchen fridge.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Each roommate has an assigned parking spot, with plenty of additional parking available

The room has a Full bed

A little about the roommates: we all work and attend school at different hours throughout the day and night, so we’re very mindful of each other’s sleep schedules. It’s a quiet and respectful household. The roommates include two officers and a nursing student, and we occasionally work 12+ hour shifts, which makes maintaining a calm environment especially important.
