This Beautiful 3 story apartment building features original woodwork when entering the foyer and throughout the apartment. The luxurious 1st floor apartment is where your apartment home will be located, so only a few stairs. Featuring Original hard wood floors and high ceilings. Each bedroom has ceilings fans, kitchen, living room and movie room has fans. Movie room can be used upon request but each bedroom has their own TV as well. All other areas of home are open for use. There is an eat in kitchen nook area as well as a large dining room. Each bedroom has its own walk in closet and plenty of other storage in bathroom and kitchen to separate your items from others. We want to keep our apartment home original and one of a kind since not many apartments still feature Beautiful wood work and not to mention there is still a Beautiful built in mirror about 10 feet high and approximately 5 feet wide in our large living room with Beautiful chocolate leather couches and chairs to relax with guests. One of a Kind!!!

The first roomie will have the option of bedroom with en-suite bathroom or bedroom with bathroom across the hall from bedroom which is a little larger bedroom and bathroom. Bedrooms are far apart so privacy will be no problem.

SMOKING is ONLY allowed in rear yard or rear porch/deck. To respect other people’s space. Rear door and window must stay closed at all times for smoke not to come into apartment.

My passion has always been healthcare & entrepreneurship, which I got from my Mom & Dad. I have been a Landlord & Investor since the age of 20. I also owned my own franchise restaurant by the age of 28. I love family and traveling. Spending most of my time with family. I love a variety of music, especially live bands. I am clean and very organized, so you will never have to worry about clutter in common areas. Living in a clean and beautiful home gives people so much Peace I believe to be able to accomplish more important things within their day.

I am currently caring for my elderly father within his own home so I am at the apartment maybe 50% of the time.
