Newly retextured & painted room available (can be furnished for extra $$) in 4BR ranch home, near 202 & Country Club Dr. in Mesa, utilities included. Conveniently located for ASU/MCC/EVIT student. Access to private POOL, (just no raging parties). Ideally, looking for a student or working professional that is a non-smoker with no pets. You must be free of any illegal drugs, abuse, or addiction. About the roomies
You will share the house with myself, (male, 50’s), partner (female, 40’s), & sometimes my son (18). You will have a mostly exclusive bathroom, shared only when my son is over. Shared use of kitchen & laundry facilities. No cable but access to WIFI for streaming services. Must keep shared space clean and decluttered. (Not OCD about it but nothing that would cause a bio-hazard).
