Furnished home and kitchen, fenced backyard, off street parking, extra storage, and gardening areas. Rent is 850$, utilities run around 100$ a month. A little more when it’s really hot or cold due to HVAC use.
Big room 13x14, closets, and furnished Queen and floor rug included. Glad to make room if you have your own furniture.
About the roomies
Roommate has been here over 4 years and works from 4am-4pm’ish and Saturday mornings. I’m the owner and been here 6 years and live here as well. I do a lot of traveling so there will be extended weeks where there will only be two people here. Bathroom is never an issue, we communicate, and clean up after ourselves!
We also have one sweet lab-pit mix. I’m reluctant to rent with pets, but I’ll consider. If you’re looking for quiet, peaceful, and responsible roommates, this is a great spot –so I’ve been told.
