Gold Finch Court

Quiet area with good weather and easy living. We have an extra room in the downstairs of the house next to an extra bath. We are gone 7am-7pm most days during the week (mom to San Jose for work, and daughter off to high school). House is light and bright, couch is cozy, and the kitchen is large and open. Room is currently furnished but doesn’t have to be. We have a second bedroom as well and would very much like another mother daughter combo. The extra bathroom would need to be shared with my teenage daughter. I’d like someone ASAP, but will be hosting family for a week over Christmas, so best to wait until Jan 1st.

Gilroy Girls offering space for a Sookie or a Lane at their Independence Inn. The part of Luke will be played by Bruce, our 105lbs Bernese Mountain Dog. We are renting a house that is too big and too much, until high school graduation, Summer 2021. Would like the company of someone looking be a member of the family. Romantic lives would be best kept outside the house.
