About the room
It is 2 bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. Located on the second floor that comes with a nice deck. Nice kitchen with granite counters and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in apartment, internet and electric all included. Property has a gym and pool area. I personally have a dog and 2 cat that stay out of spare bedroom/bathroom. Two times a month I have a cleaner that cleans the shared areas. The room includes a walk in closet and private bathroom connected to the bedroom. Shared areas are kitchen, dining room, patio, laundry room and living room. There is an Aldi’s across from the apartment complex.
About the roomies
Looking for a quiet person who is responsible and loves animals. A student or older person. I am a night shift Rn so need to have a roommate who is quiet during the day.
