Hi everyone, I have a fairly big house in Palm Aire West (Fort Lauderdale off of Cypress Creek Rd and 31st Ave) and I’m looking for two roommates. It’s move-in ready. It’s fully furnished if you need it, otherwise you’re free to bring what you have and I can move the existing furniture elsewhere. It’s $900 all inclusive and the guest rooms are 11x10. This place is 20 minutes from downtown and 15 from the beach.

As for amenities, I have a reverse osmosis water filter, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, other kitchen essentials, washer/dryer, garage storage, acoustic guitar, upright piano, giant backyard, no carpet, free weights (5, 10, 25 lbs.), XBox 360, a modest library, etc.

Right now, it’s just me in the house. When I’m not working I like going out with friends to the beach or bars.
