In the community, the fully equipped Kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room are to be shared with other tenants. The kitchen features oven, stove, microwave, a walk-in pantry and a 6-seater dining area. Laundry room includes 2 sets of washer and dryer (Not coin operated). The common areas also receive weekly cleaning service to maintain a clean & organized living condition.

The property used to be a Chiropractic Office where there’re rooms along the hallway. Since then, it is converted into hotel-like residential living scenarios where guests could enjoy private rooms without feeling the awkwardness of living with a host, while at the same time enjoy all the amenities.
