Hey we are looking for one more awesome roommate for a new lease! We’re working on moving from our current place mid/ end of November and are looking for a third person to rent one room in a nice 3/2 apartment complex with lots of amenities(pool, gym, lots of parking, clubhouse, pickle ball court, office area) and the best part is utilities split by 3 Looking around Boca but also potentially look around Davie depending on work.
About the roomies
The other roommates are 2 guys, we keep pretty busy with work, and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. Into running / working out, also into music (edm mostly) like video games, movies, marvel/ Star Wars, dbz.. but yeah looking for another roommate to lease mid / end of November, very occasional music playing, around 20s no pets unfortunately, students, professionals welcome, occasional guests ok, but must be clean (like no piles of dishes and pans left in the sink)
