About the room

Hi! The house is a Large, peaceful, Clean House in a great neighborhood in Thousand Oaks. It is a 4 bedroom house and the bathroom for this room would be shared. The lease includes utilities, hi-speed wifi, laundry room and of course house and kitchen privileges. Walking distance to a shopping center with tons of stores to chose from, plenty of parking in front of the house and an amazing park down the street with hiking trails! This room comes furnished with a bed and closet. The price per month covers all utilities and house cleaner who comes once a month. I live in the master bedroom of the house with my two cats, MJ and Hennessy, and dog named jelly and they spend the majority of the day in my room looking out the window and will not go into your room unless you bring them in! I am a 25 year old HR professional who works 4 days remote and 1-2 days in office.
