Shared bathroom (shared by only 2 people: you and one other housemate) is right across the hallway. The house is 2500sqft, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom. Kitchen is available for very light cooking; washer and dryer are available to use; plenty of parking spaces available within the gated community; community swimming pool and hot tub access; No smoking, no drugs of any kind, no pets, no overnight guests. Utility and internet included. Special rate for Nurses, EMT and medical professionals.

Current roomies include a young man working in the medical profession, who is very quiet, reserved and respectful. He will be sharing the bathroom with you. Another roomie is a retired pharmacist. He is very friendly, polite, and keeps to himself. He travels for multiple months out of a year, so he won’t be home for half of the year.
