Rent a room in this beautiful home with plenty of space! This home is extremely spacious, and is located in a great spot east of Austin! There’s an Amenity center about an 7-minute walk from the house / 1 minute drive, that includes a full size swimming pool and mini water park, basketball court, and volleyball court. You’ll have access to the Backyard, Garage, kitchen, Diner, and 2 living rooms! The house will be professionally cleaned monthly. Common area items to avoid conflicts in the house, such as toilet paper, paper towels, spices, kitchen equipment, dishes, and soap are included.
The house will be hosted by the landlords, 2 guys who just love to work hard and work out. We believe in respecting each other, common courtesy, and just being a good person in general. Not super strict on anything but do expect mutual respect at bedtime hours, and cleanness. We’re easy to get along with and are open to connecting and having fun!
