About the room

I’m looking for the right roommate to share my beautiful, modern home in Lake Mary! If you’re looking for more than just a room and want a place that truly feels like home, this could be a great fit.

The available room includes access to a private bathroom and all of the home’s shared spaces. The house is spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished with an open-concept layout, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a large island, and lots of cabinet space, making it perfect if you enjoy cooking or entertaining.

The backyard is one of my favorite features! It has a gorgeous resort-style pool with tanning ledges, plenty of space to relax, and is the perfect spot to enjoy Florida sunshine.

The home is kept clean, organized, and has a calm, positive atmosphere. I’m hoping to find someone who values a peaceful home, cleans up after themselves, and is respectful of shared spaces. I’d love to find someone who’s friendly and easygoing—someone who enjoys good conversation, maybe a pool day, movie night, or grabbing dinner once in a while, while also respecting each other’s independence and privacy.

A little about me: I’m a working professional who takes pride in my home. I also have two amazing dogs—a sweet Corgi and a Border Collie—so being a dog lover is a must! They’re friendly, well-behaved, and definitely part of the family.
