3100 sqft home. The shared bathroom has a sauna. Property is surrounded by a green belt. Large kitchen and many appliances. The bedroom is furnished but I can clear it out if you’d like to bring your own. There are cameras in the common areas and outside. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Laundry on-site. Electric, Heat, Water, Sewer, Trash, Wi-Fi Internet are all included. Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry Soap, Softener, Dryer Sheets provided for your use if you don’t mind the brand I use. I provide all the cleaning products, tools, machines to get the job done. The garage has a modest gym with treadmill, weights, bench, rowing machine, dip station, sandbag, and TV.

I reside in the master bedroom. One deaf dog and two cats. No one with allergies or fearful of animals.

28M resides in Hallway Bedroom. You will be sharing the same bathroom with everyone. I only use the sauna occasionally.
