New home. Available June 1st. Looking for male tenant to rent huge furnished basement bedroom, huge family room, private bathroom, storage area and option to park in 2 car garage. Bedroom will be furnished as well as family room. Included furniture includes new queen size bed, night stand, bed lamp, dresser, couch, two lounge chairs, two foot rests, end tables, wood cedar storage bin, vaccume, area rug and entertainment center. The size of the bedroom is 13’8“x12’0“. (According to the floor plans of the house, this bedroom is the 2nd biggest bedroom in the house). Storage room has a huge shelf that has 5 shelves and table for storage. Must be respectful, responsible, CLEAN, professional and great sense of humor. Utilities are split 3 ways. There will be 4 people living in the house. The owner, another tenants and the person renting the rooms mentioned in this post. The other tenants rent the two bedrooms upstairs. Main floor consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen is a shared space. Spacious patio has an inflatable hot tub, patio furniture lounge sofas, Solo Stove for fires, and grill for outdoor entertainment with privacy curtains. Current occupant is gay. As this is a new house cleanliness is a MUST and NO smokers. If you have a background issue, let’s talk about it. My home is a safe space.
