Smoking is ONLY allowed in rear yard or rear porch/deck. To respect other people’s space. Rear door and window must stay closed at all times for smoke not to come into apartment.

My passion has always been healthcare & entrepreneurship, which I got from my Mom & Dad. I have been a Landlord & Investor since the age of 20. I also owned my own franchise restaurant by the age of 28. I love family and traveling. Spending most of my time with family. I love a variety of music, especially live bands. I am clean and very organized, so you will never have to worry about clutter in common areas. Living in a clean and beautiful home gives people so much Peace I believe to be able to accomplish more important things within their day.

I am currently caring for my elderly father within his own home so I am at the apartment maybe 50% of the time.
